Last I played most fobs my level/rank where not maintained and the ones that where had the an entire military regement defending them with the best technology money can buy. 9 times out of 10 the player would be online to defend their platform with gadgets pulled right out of Q lab and beat me down with the speed of the flash.
well, atleast this cheater wasn't doing anything to harm others besides cheating his own base to max level. if he was a toxic cheater he would have toggled every possible aimbot and the likes at this point i guess

This is really something to see how much this back and forth can be crazy, good thing i mainly play singleplayer, i dont think i am ready to partake in such caluber of action (i generally pve guy so, i never really into pvp stuff, including in this game). My avoidance of the FOB system until just this week has me confused on what staff grades are. I want to assume that is referring to the E-S++ system but that doesn't mesh with the 'grade 11' in the title.
It technically is possible to have 11 star security with little to no setup. If you start a new game after having played the game previously your FOB and online based things arent all reset. So things when you get to the point of access your FOBs you still have access to alot of the things you wouldve had access to in your previous save. Im replaying the game now and as soon as I unlocked FOBs i was capable of assigning Grade 11 security immedietly.
I understand (and I've done that also). But here's the difference: When you restart the game, you automatically have 4 sets of FOB waters. This player only had one set of waters (which I put in the description to this video). That is impossible without modding
Start hitting smaller-level bases first (below Lvl 50 FOBs are good for beginners). Also, use stun grenades and sleep grenades a bunch, as bullet trajectory can be flaky at times in this game (especially if the other player is lagging)
I dont understand bro, some guys just walk by guards.. they dont look or nothing.. but when i walk by in 35m distance they spot me instantly. Crouching, laying down? Tf am i doing wrong? Using sneaking suit and everything silenced
There's a number of factors, especially if the guards are on alert and with sniper rifles. Just keep at the practice bro and evasion will come naturally!

@@JohnQ-er9qp Well, I tend to stay away from PvP modes in general, primarily because anger issues and a bad heart means losing could quite literally kill me one day, but I also just prefer to help other players. I tend to prefer PvE.

The songs are all from the MGS2 and MGS3 OSTs (can't remember all the names). And the box is a method to unmark you if you are marked by the opponent in PVP. The mark will then appear where the box is instead of on you
That is a method to unmark you from your enemy's radar. When their security (or opponent) marks you, the mark will then appear where the box is on the map and take it off you
Modding your staff to Grade 11 is a big advantage over other players in PVP (especially when you have nukes, because the grade cannot be reduced by the attacking player)

It only seemed strange to me that you know what and how he purchased, and why this is and issue. Like MMO players who lvld to max lvl in right after account creation through donation doesn't considered as cheaters, and rarely people are able to see their purchase history. So people are unable to have Grade 11 by any legal and glitch means?

how about doing a vid where you raid venom hans bear next time hes on SC .He tryed to raid me a month ago and cheated the whole time head shotting me through walls inf health you name it. I knocked him out a bunch of times and hed instantly awaken and i couldnt fultom him when i tried even using a wormhole hed instantly get out of that too.. Then my security logs showed that he turned off cheats. Security team neutralized him 2x in a row then he turned off cheats to try and look legit but at the same time he runs his mouth on steam forum calling other people cheats. lol when hes the grand daddy macro user and s++ mod user
oh and notice how his base went from like lv7 weaponry to lv11 overnight and he had like only 500 something fob completions. Whered he get the resources to dev that stuff?

Or I switch to pc from Xbox and just give myself everything and never have to worry about that stuff and just have fun in single player which I still can't really do even if I've been off and on grinding for 9 years. At least PF points help a lot when I'm not grinding

"Grade" means the level of gear the staff have, the "rank" is the E-S levels of skill

FOB deployment is different from main game - it uses wormholes as the reason people can infiltrate each other's bases
