We mainly work with home purchases, and don't have access to many rentals since most people don't use real estate agents for rentals. I recommend checking Zillow, Craigslist, Hotpads, etc. For home purchases I cover most of the Seattle metro area: King, Snohomish, Pierce, and Kitsap counties.
