happy to support the cause! like andy said great teacher, best ive found on youtube yet! Ive learned to play by watching your videos and building off those mechanics. its a bummer when I wanna learn a song and you haven't done it yet, honestly 90% of instructors are shit compared to you haha. could you do some dave Matthews band? "where are you going" maybe? most of his songs seem tricky and dynamic to me tho. if his style isnt your bag I understand not wanting to put the time into a lesson for it.
Hi, this is for Marty. Im 12 years old and im a guitarist and I love 80s music and all that old sound. I just bought a Epiphone les paul standard and I was wondering if you could maybe do every breath you take. Thanks a bunch for all of your inspiration to start playing guitar 👍
MGGR MTGNERD i spent 17/18 years of life oblivious to the awesome world of owning a guitar and learning to play so now i have to do what i can with the time i have now. Starting learning at 17 years of age is not ideal but i guess it could be worse
Thank you Marty for everything you do. What a tribute to one of the greatest songwriters and guitarists to ever live. There is a complex simplicity to everything the great AC/DC has put out musically, and Malcolm was the driving force behind it without a doubt. The Marty Music School of Rock Salutes You Malcolm!
Thank you Marty Music. Going through your AC/DC songs. I'm at the stage where it's starting to click for me. You say F power chord, I'm there. Thank you for helping me have a new relationship wit the music I grew upon. You are the best Marty.
One of my favorites! Came on the radio the other day and I had to crank the stereo, so my elderly neighbor lady got to rock out too, lol. Great video, as always man, helping me improve all the time.
I remember when I’d have to rewind and rewind to get it down. Now i just watched you play the intro and I can play the whole some. Simple song but progress is there. Bc of marty and other youtube lessons. 👌
Just great again. Got to learn to play these fun songs to make all the other guitar work (learning) not get so tough and keep it interesting. So some more of these would be awesome. Then it back to the Clapton and Hendrix lessons you did and wearing out my fingers.. more fun interesting songs please. Thanks ! Marty
So smart! Brilliant technique and very educated but well explained to the learner. This will take me the rest of my life to get but it's great to learn bits to improve my skills. Subscribed of course! You deserve it! 🎉
ACDC are the chords. love it. The main riff reminds me of "LaGrange" by ZZ Top. Great song. Thanks for breaking it down. You should teach the solo! That would be awesome. Never get tired of learning AC/DC songs!
Gaawd Marty I wish you were my guitar instructor back in the day, you really have a nack for simplifying things, but sounds freaking awesome, and you give us enough to be able to experiment and practice improvising and comming up with our own flare. Whenever I get bored on the guitar, I just watch one of your TH-cam videos, and man I'm golden😎
Hey Marty! Love the lessons! I have learned so much from you. With December right around the corner, how about some Christmas tunes? Make us all look good around the family at Christmas dinner!
Hi, this is for Marty. Im 12 years old and im a guitarist and I love 80s music and all that old sound. I just bought a Epiphone les paul standard and I was wondering if you could maybe do every breath you take. Thanks a bunch for all of your inspiration to start playing guitar 👍
Hey Marty thank you so much for your help, it's really fun to play the guitar. But I have a small problem, I need to perform 2 Song by Blur on the electric guitar but I can't get the strumming pattern right. I was wondering if you maybe could do a video of the song?
fun fact: Whole lotta Rosie, the name Rosie was chosen after my grandma. Bon didn’t want to use the actual name of the girl, so he chose my grandmas name.
Given the "inmense space" between the 3rd and 5th fret on the A string it is a challenge for beginning guitarists. But it is a basic blues chord. Billy Gibbons uses it too but than slower in La Grange.
Ciao. Sono Cristian. Scrivo da Brescia. Italia. Studio musica da tre anni,ma da sempre mi piacciono gli AC/DC. TI ringrazio per il tutorial. Un piccolo sogno che si realizza. GRAZIE
Hey Marty!! Live the channel bro!! Great tutorials that are clear and helpful. It would be awesome if you could do one for “stuck in the middle with you” by stealers wheel
Hey Marty just wanna say thank you for the amazing lessons its great have a visual and aural way teaching but I was hiping that'd you'd be able to show how to play Aneurysm by Nirvana and All My Life by The Foo Fighters thank you for your service as an educator of music!
Can you do the Foxey Lady solo please? That last few seconds of the solo are hard to figure out due to the epic distortion on the guitar. It's hard to get the timing right as well.

RiP Malcolm Young...
Trio Fantastico Rock and Roll wouldn't be the same without him.
It's so sad, i'm just crying
Rock in piece Malcolm Young
1953-2017
The true God of rhythm guitar and founder of the greatest rock band ever
Indeed.
Marty is the boss, the sensei, the wisest guitarist on TH-cam now. Learnt so much and i am only 13 years old. Thanks Marty!
MGGR MTGNERD wish id started learning at your age lol
It’s good to be playing at that young. Less sliding you’re hands up and down your dong, more sliding up the neck!

Am now 18 btw.
i'm 27 bruh, and i'm starting to learn guitar, it's not the suitable age either, it's taking so much time to learn but i'm doin my best, good luck :D
"actually the song is based on the chords : A, C, D, C." Wholesome joke made me cry laughing
I think all of their songs are based on the chords A C D C 😁

Thanks for the great lesson. Are you using the /13 amp? I don't see it plugged in.
Hey Marty thank you so much for your help, it's really fun to play the guitar. But I have a small problem, I need to perform 2 Song by Blur on the electric guitar but I can't get the strumming pattern right. I was wondering if you maybe could do a video of the song?
