Ronnie would do bent over rows, free-standing, with 500 pounds, 4 weeks out from a show, depleted, when the risk of injury was the highest. Nobody could beat him because they wouldn't risk it. He is gifted and is the greatest to ever do it.

    I had a herniated disc
I laid on my floor for 3 months lost 30 pounds .
I could not stand or walk .
Dr wanted to do surgery and I scheduled it .
I read online every day into back surgery .
I decided not too do it .
After 3 months I could finally stand and use a walker .
Took me 8 months off work to fully heal naturally.
Also Dr forewarned me success rate is typically high although there is risk and some people are worse after surgery.
Glad I did not go through with the surgery.

My shoulders/elbows are not happy right now. What drove Ronnie to be who he became? Lee Priest. Ronnie couldn’t beat him and was actually contemplating retirement. Lee was on a completely different level. When Jay Cutler first saw Lee, he wondered how he could even move. All the best for Ronnie. Always.
