I feel like the Captain's Quarters drama is a little overblown. If it was working, 99.9% of owners would walk in there, say "Cool", and never walk in again.
People while I totally agree that this specific instance is being overblown, I think the bigger issue is that cig has an abysmal track record when it comes to actually finishing something that they released unfinished. And so yeah the captains quarters is not something actually important, it's the idea that it's gonna be now 3+ years before it gets "finished"
Agreed. But let's face it, if it was working there are certain sections of the SC community that would find something else to complain about. They need very little encouragement.

Got to add the Intrepid to my collection...
Let's go! We're live and ready for IAE
Releasing ships and updates is always difficult. I understand CIG choosing to release the ship with 'most' of it complete. There is no way to please everyone. Personally I'd rather have MOST of my ship now than wait longer for ALL of ship. -Another great update BG, thanks.

Definitely ok with locked room. Rather get the ship in part then wait. They can also gain more test data
just one more day to wait! super excited! stoked to see what new ships we will be getting!! (other than the ones we already know about)

I'm hoping that the Save Stanton events are playable during the free flight (performance wise) :)
I wonder what the issue is with the captain's quarters. Only one room and such a delay. Probably a mistake done so it had to be redone completely.
In terms of the Polaris and it’s unfinished captain quarters, I don’t really see a big issue with it as long as it’s not happening all the time. Thank you for the update. I have personally found that 3.24.3 seems Smooth... until IAE starts.
Seems, like the game is actually getting closer and closer to a release build. The basic mechanics are there and now the refinement phase has become.
I do think it's weird that the captain's quarters is locked in the Polaris. I don't really want to see this become the norm.
played on live for a few hours last night. Didn't have that many issues and was rather stable.
Well I gotta start paying attention to CCUs now. Find my way to a Corsair and/or a F7C
I want the paladin to show I really hope it does 😮 but that corsair sounds clean as a daily to use
I think when we finally get into the Polaris Captains Quarters, Jax McCleary will be inside.
thanks for the update :)
3.23.3 live is actually good for me so far!
The Terrapin medic is on my must buy list, but I don't think anything else is this year. We shall see how that goes over the course of IAE though. :)
Terrapin now has an engineering panel
The Quantium fuel on the starlancer was reduced from 8m to 3m. That’s a massive nerf
I'd love to see CIG make it so if a player does manage to go in the Captain's quarters, they get eaten by a sandworm.
Can't wait to see what this gunship is
So where do we go for true exploration? or is that later?
