Apartment looked gorgeous. What a great find . We stay in the Meininger hostel in Amsterdam. We had a small private room and shared the other facilities. It was really nice . Was a bit surprised by the amount of smokers . I just imagined they'd all be in the coffee shops ... I forgot if they mixed it with tobacco they'd be outside. High as a kite breathing in everyone else purchases walking round Dam square 😂
Really happy with the hotel, best we’ve found here so far.
It’s not been too bad smoker wise but then we’ve avoided the centre/tourist parts and have been wandering the back streets. Every now and then a cloud hits you though.
This Apartment is a great find. We were planning a trip to Brussels- Amsterdam- Paris in May and the accomodation options I looked at were all so expensive. We are postponing our trip now due to the Covid 19 situation but this is great for future reference, we hope to go next year or later this year. How is the location? Is it easy to get around to see the sights?
How are things your end with the Covid 19 outbreak? Apparently we’ve got 2 more confirmed in Scotland today.
With any luck we should be coming to Singapore in October. Hopefully all will be ok by then 🤞
A Year of Vegan Eats it is pretty bad now. Not as bad as China, S. Korea or Japan but we are a small city state, living in high density conditions so we feel it badly. Masks and sanitizers are out of stock, businesses are reeling especially F& B and hotels, airlines. Hopefully by Oct all this will be behind us, I think it will be. We are expecting cases to spike in the short term with a turn around in 4 to 6 mths.
We’ve been watching NHK and seeing what the situation is like in Japan. It’s pretty scary.
