Live Nation is not the parent company of Roc Nation. Jay Z owns 50% , that's a partnership
My Crown G it probably is a partnership in the since, that live nation is telling him what to do. But, I don’t think he owns an entire 50%. He has too many partnerships to have 50%. He partnered with live nation, universal, & I’m sure offering stock options to CEO’s, CFO’s, board members, Beyonce’, etc lol
