There are a lot of strategies to make tongue-wetting profit that the average joes don't know. . In your quest to make a million, always remember to diversify your wealth. Do not put all your eggs in one basket. A friend of mine lost almost half of his inheritance in Luna crypto saga. Also, as one who has been into Real Estates for as long as I can remember, I made my first million earlier this year from stocks alone (through the help of a pro though). I also experiment with a couple of other things. Hard to imagine that I had initially refused to try out new.

Yea Navy federal gave me a really high limit. I applied and was denied at first so I got a *VCORPINVEST* , and I was approved for a capital one. The limit was so small lol but I took it and worked on it. Because if that it helped my credit and I believe that’s what made me finally get approved for navy fed with such a high limit. they're still working on increasing the capital one since it was so low. All in all I’m satisfied.

I'm glad I learned early on to work hard for financial independence. As Warren Buffet said, he has seen this happen many times in his life. Not an investor, My husband and i never earned more than a middle class salary. We plan to get retired at 58 with a stock portfolio worth $4M. We have never sold so much as one share of stock.
Most people do not understand the power of compound interest or are just impatient. However, for the average Joe, I think it's better to invest in the S&P 500 and wait, which is reliable, albeit extremely long: many years, or just use an investment advisor and speed up your wealth creation. At 34 years old I finally feel ready to settle down long enough to buy a house. For example, I have a plan where a buy albino sulcata tortoise as babys for around 2000 dallars then after 5 years they can breed and they have 35 babys sp that could be up to 70k that year. Then buy and flip house with that money. As you can see I could be lazy for 5 whole years and it's still me being productive.

A fast way is to start a website and have everyone donate to the page to see how much money you guys can invest into it together and the deal would be that all of you own all of the money in there together and put a set amount of time it'd be in there or just have it return to the bank if you guys refuse to use it since they'd be holding it anyway. You would all be worth $1,000,000 each as you all own it equally and not partially if designed that way. That would be your NetWorth and count as an asset that you couldn't touch so it wouldn't mess with your ability to acquire government benefits.

Jack To start with a few items and only use the money you make from reselling to buy more. Once you start rolling then you can use money from your regular job if you want. But give yourself a budget on how much you’ll spend a month / week based on your income
