So lemme guess, in order to get the "UFO?" badge, you have to wait for it to spawn in the map and then be abducted by it. It'll probably have a 1% chance and only one person can get the badge as the Ufo would fly away once someone gets abducted or after 5 mins pass. (It would have a green glow and a hover sound effect so you can find it easier. It'll also be slowly moving around the map.)
