Classic Tokyo but There’s No Lights | Midnight Racing: Tokyo

Fun Fact: The reason why it's so dark is because this map is the only map that uses ShadowMap. It doesn't use the newest lighting technology like every other map in the game which is FIB and thus meaning headlights are useless and lags behind, you're probably more useless though, get a job. Also we used admin commands to make it darker because Classic Tokyo doesn't have a day/night cycle which makes it work, EXTRA FUN FACT: another map that doesn't have a day/night cycle is Shirosato Racing Center (kinda ironic since this game is called "MIDNIGHT" Racing: Tokyo).
for your information this video was recorded in a private server. The lights were removed using building tools, you cannot get them in the regular game (sadly). Special thanks to Shinji_shigeo and to everybody who participated in this event.
