I'm telling you, the Benson's Seasonings are amazing. The Table Tasty really does give me that salty-like taste. I use their Masterpiece seasoning in my veggie burgers. And I agree with you Chef AJ about smoked paprika!

2 QUESTIONS: (1 So you don't bake the jicama but eat it raw? 2) When you were making the pico/salsa, it looked like you added 2 garlic cloves along with the jalapeno slices, but you never mentioned any garlic as you were doing it. Was it garlic, or something else?

Yes, Chef AJ I agree, I could never find any salsa without SOS, so I started making my own! Now we are very spoiled and we do not even like any other salsa except for my own. I want to also suggest that Thrive Life Foods has great freeze dried/dehydrated celery. It is yummy ground up for a powder in foods, or reconstituted for all other recipes that call for celery. Yummy! I am going to make the chili jicama NOfries for sure! ;)
@@CHEFAJ ah ok, just wanted to make sure if it had any downsides in general. Jicama is not readily available in the UK, but I’m going to buy it on Amazon whole foods and give it a try! I also tried your way of eating for 5 days last week, and even after I stuffed myself with sweet potato, broccoli and brussel sprouts, kale soup I lost 500g the next day! I think the body must have used extra energy digesting them 🤔 thank you again :)
One thing that upsets me about Amazon is how expensive things can be. Here in Canada, a 2 oz bottle of Benson's Table Tasty is $40.19. Checked it just now. Outrageously expensive! So disappointed. I wanted to try it.

AJ, do you occasionally try a small sample of black pepper and soy to see if the allergic reaction persists? Some people describe a reversal of existing conditions once they eliminate processed crap from the diet and eat like you.
