I have been here many a times.. Wonderfuland friendly people, food quality and the taste is great. Portion of the food is good as well. Genuine ingredients used for cooking. Overall - a must try. Different from other hotels / restuarants. Home away from home..

@@ravishankark4453 it is a narrow road but definitely there is space to park car nearby the mess. On the main road.
The quantity and quality of food is extremely good. I had a routine with my father for a month where every day we used to come here for breakfast. My usual order was Pongal and Vadai. I did not change it for the entire month because I love a good Pongal and the Pongal here is soooo good and much Better than what you get from popular restaurants like Durga Bhavan, Murugan Idly Kadai.
Good to hear that they are not using Maida.

The stuff was very tasty. Chutney sambhar were very nice. One small issue the masala in masala dosai was bit spicy

Very randomely i was perambulating the streets of nanganallur, just found the name "Iyers cafe",
1. No pollution
2, Ground floor (senior people's biggest advantage)
3. Hygenic
5. Food quality
6. Feel like home
7. You have to wait a little after order (it's naturally the preparation time required to prepare the food, obviously fresh one)
8. 2 wheeler is the best to reach the place during peak hours
9. Very kind people
10. Price is directly proportional to food quality

Taste is ok not bad...If you are feeling hungry don't go over there.. Waiting time is more... Service is not that great..Shop people are fighting each other in front of their customers...
We are in short of workers Sir we are not large scale business people just running a small mess with our family members. People should have some patience Sir Once they come all are in urgent and generally telling waiting time is more. In big hotel they are making to wait for an hour people are ready to wait over there but not in small shops like this. Sorry for the inconvenience but please look from our side also sir before judging something
@@vinodayyappan35 I agree your hotel is not a large scale business but which hotel can you mention makes customer to wait for an hour. If they do like that, people wont go over there...There are lot of road side hotels which is having less numbers of workers but still they are able to manage huge crowd.. if you want, i can show you... moreover, you are having couple of items in the board outside.. whatever we ask to server .. his response is "it is finished".. With minimum menu, with good quality and fast delivery would be be the best option. Dont convince yourself that your's is small hotel.. look for improvement and customer service is more important rather than blaming yourself

Rava dosai and poori is not well cooked? Please try to make better. Sambar is so liquide and no vegetable apparences ? For business better to serve for customers better what you earn and think costommers are your eyes ! ! ! ?
Sir Rava Dosa is special in our hotel i request you to come once here and then decide how we do Sir and the Sambar you see in video is for Mini idly generally normal sambar and mini idly sambar will not be same if you check olden days there will be seperate sambar for mini idly which will be in liquid consistency not thick Sir

As a rule and as a Dravidian I will never eat food in a place with a caste name as a part of its name.

காலங்காலமாக சாதியையும் தூய்மையையும் இணைத்து பார்ப்பதால் உண்டாகும் கொடுமை இது. உணவு விடுதி உரிமையாளர் கட்டாயம் சாதி பெயரை நீக்கத் தான் வேண்டும். தெருக்களில் சாதி பெயரை நீக்கியே பல காலம் ஆகி விட்டது!!
