I lived in Dallas for about 15 years and just around the corner was an aircraft instrument company. Someone who worked there flew his Bell 47 to work quite often. It was amazing how little room he needed to take off and land. Always had to stop and watch him when he was either arriving or leaving. Too cool.
Hi Mark, I worked at a Porsche shop goo.gl/maps/taikYGK1PcK2 . Right around the corner was a place, Aircraft Engine & Accessories. That is where the heli would land. At the time I was deep into RC helis so it was extra cool to watch.

Do you live in Wenatchee Washington, I was just over at lake Chelan doing some work and love the scenery over there. I live in Forks Washington where everything's green and lots of mountains not so flat and rolling hills like over an Eastern Washington. Just wanted to say very awesome job that you do and you can't beat that view that you have. I've only been in a helicopter one time in my life and that was with my dad back in the early 2000s when I was 13 and that is something I will never forget in my entire lifetime such an awesome experience. The cool thing was it was when they were having mountain mania festival in Castle Rock Washington and a private helicopter owner was giving rides for 20 bucks a person For a 10 minute flight wish I would have got to go and see Mt Saint Helens up close but can't have it all LOL. The main thing I do remember though is the takeoff, almost felt like my guts fell to the seat of my pants for a second. Just wanted to say God bless and be safe and thank you for the great aerial view, you must feel so blessed when you are flying around so free. Wish my dad was still here with me so I can show him this video, he spent a lot of his childhood during the Summers over in Fairfield Washington on the family farm working and he loved to tell me the story of how my great-great-grandfather purchased the farm property back in the late 1800s for 12 horses and to this day it is the second oldest and still operating farm here in the state of Washington The Holt Farm. Sorry for rambling on and reminiscing, but that is what your video did for me bring back a lot of great memories, thank you once again and God bless you and your family. Jon Halverson

Possibly the sexiest thing I've seen all year in 2018. A lady flying her own helicopter. Makes me almost regret my career choice hahaha. BRILLIANT VIDEO.
After over 32000 hours in helicopters, i would offer a suggestion to you: take a few moments for a stabilized hover check. This advice was given to me in 1979 by a senior aviator. Many serious problems reveal themselves in the first few seconds above the ground. My one and only forced landing in 46 years of flying helicopters came in 2014 and was an OEI event during a stabilized hover check. 21 souls aboard including two pilots. We were literally a split second from beginning our still officially night-time takeoff. That morning i was copilot and Captain Dave landed the aircraft straight down soft as a feather. Passengers thought we had simply changed our minds as we taxied on one engine back to the terminal. Touchdown was so gentle that until we briefed them they had no idea an engine had failed. If not for the stabilized hover check it would have been a rejected takeoff before tdp near max gross weight. It's not only power issues though. Sometimes control issues reveal themselves during that stabilized hover. Also, altitude is the pilot's friend! Thank you for the video. I am VERY envious of you. No doubt you are inspirational to future aviators and enthusiasts. Keep it up.
I used to fly my sister to Wenatchee from San Jose, California. She went to school there. I really liked spending time in Leavenworth, Wa., the Bavarian Style village in the Cascade Mountains.
