    Do you know where I can buy balsa wood of precise size/density? It's difficult to find 1/16" sizes on amazon, much less wood with consistent and measured density

      When buying online, I like to use Specialized Balsa: specializedbalsa.com/products/balsa_sheets.php There you can buy sheets of just about any size and then cut your own strips. I would recommend for this application, it's worth it to specify "light" density.       also, how do you cut the balsa sheets precisely? Do you use a cutter?
