Caring does not mean being soft. It means pouring real knowledge, real information and skills into our future Soldiers. Too many leaders only care about their OERs/NCOERs and leave their Soldiers behind. Develop, train, retrain till you have Soldiers who can take your place one day. Lack of leadership is the number one reason I've seen Soldiers get out. Don't waste their time. Their best moments shouldn't just be when they got drunk.
In the realm of Control Engineering a more thorough granular base level viewpoint is the sensors, processors and actuators at your disposal to accomplish your goal(s)... helps add perspective to finding things you might have... Missed... In my particular case I was told I wasn't "pretty" enough to be / stay in the ARMY...
this guy is brilliant
SMA THEY Don’t care and that’s why the army need genuine re-structuring of the force the good ones leaves and the bad one stays!!!!
Ain't that the truth
Caring for the soldiers is necessary and important coz they give their one life to serve and protect the people and the nation.
Caring for Soldiers means you prepare them for the worst circumstances by holding to very high standards everyday. Caring for subordinate Leaders means allowing them to do their job.
The end result of multiplying is a "product" not "sum" though
He is a great leader and a great man.
There needs to be immediate help that would respond directly to the vets homes, and vet homeless housings with rehabs along with work force help. And specific for vets and vets alone, straight out the gate there should be a number PTSD takes good mens lives daily.
There are countless help options for vets. It's knowing how to apply and benefit from the help.
This isn't about vets.
A military political party is the answer to your problems.
Lack of care fact: officially there were around 1000 fraggings in the US Army during the Vietnam War...
Y I K E S !
Yeah sgt jones, and cpt greene imagine if you actually cared.
There's desire and then there is ability... Tactical AND TECHNICAL ability... Your comment about... Math... Granted your job probably requires the ability to dance the dance regarding politics, definitely, beyond me and my antipathy / ambivalence / indifference for it...
I came in as a specialist and left as one... Usually choosing second shift or midnight shift if I could... But I was quite... technically proficient and... responsible...
UNDERSTOOD
Professional caring is babysitter..... have you seen the stats on that? Never mind. He reminds me of another, I wouldn't mind asking him, directly few questions. In double Faraday.
If someone had cared about your writing, you wouldn’t come across as a dip💩. Good try though.
Give me the old military! I just want our country protected.
The old military broke Soldiers, and bread toxic leaders with sh!t egos. Whether you like it or not the Soldiers that are in will do their job, but it's no different than any other job, you hate your job/boss you will phone it in and little to no real results will happen
There's no "old military." Time and the world passed that by 20 years ago. Time passes, weather changes, stuff happens. The world moved on.
RUSSIA has the "old military" and it's getting its butt clobbered by the new one in Ukraine.
I don't care what your pronouns are...therfore I must be a bad leader...gotcha.
Travis kelce is the best nfl player in history sergeant major. Like it or not.
No
This guy talks a good game...and I don't care who knows him....I know a lot of supposed leaders that left their Soldiers behind to get promoted...and what I have seen lately and experienced as a SSG...these guys are a dime a dozen because they are not gonna go to the mat in todays Army due to the politics and that's all it is after E-7 and up
