Masturbation is a good alternative to promiscuity. No chance of catching a disease, creating an unplanned pregnancy, or hurting someone else's feelings by using them for sex (unless they're ok with that).

From " Most Men " point of view I know the reason why they were basically saying that.. because they basically wanted you to be more sociable to the point of being BOTH a " hound dog " and a " ladies man " I guess both men and women basically know when somebody's being a lot more extra in socializing especially with (The ) guys They know if a guy is trying to be a pretty guy for the girls because he's going to start looking more feminine like way pretty prettier OR or he's going to have this certain poetic speech to always give to every woman that he sees and runs up to and he's always running up to some woman no matter who or how even though a huge amount of women will tell you they they canNOT stand for that.. apparently that's very contradictory because they know when someone is not really socializing "apparently " [ " Hey what's the matter with him he acts like he's married or he must be gay " ]

I was shocked to hear of some of those old wives tales continuing to be spread throughout the world of the Internet. Personally, my experience as someone who has been single most of my adult life with a very low testosterone level is that I don’t find the practice to be all that helpful and sometimes leads to sinus or throat infections because I have a compromised immune system. Due to severe allergies.

Masturbation is normal and needed by both men and women. Our society has so many myths and false teachings that are actually hurting our relationships and our bodies. The physical and psychological benefits of masturbation for both men and women are undeniable, but so many think it's taboo or flat out wrong. Even just masturbating 4 or 5 times a week will make a significant change that almost all men and women will see, feel, and notice. Our society needs to encourage more, not less of this natural - and needed - act.

In my younger, low self esteem years, I found myself feeling less than when my former partner would masturbate. I came to understand that my relationship was not healthy to begin with for various reasons and that was why I felt less than. I can also see more clearly that my then partner used masturbation as a means to avoid connection with me. I'm grateful for the lessons from that relationship and I'm most grateful that we went our separate ways. Thank you for this awesome information. I'm new to your channel and I Love it!

Just bcuz it was an ancient tradition and we do it now doesn't mean we're not committing a sin against God there are plenty of places in the Bible that tell us we shouldn't look at things that cause us to lust.

You don't need to give in to your basic appetites like food and sex. It's orders of magnitude better to take a walk outside than fondle yourself, both in terms of enjoyment and for your health.
