Looking at the carapace, both the female and the darker male appear to be the same species, Pamphobeteus machala, due to the mark that both present on their carapace... while the pinker one must be a different species, maybe Pamphobeteus sp. platyomma
The first is definitely Pamphobeteus machala. I'm almost positive that the second one is a Pamphobeteus sp. platyomma I have platyomma in my collection and he looks just like my male(:
I was thinking the same. The Pamphobeteus and Phormictopus genus realllly need to be sorted out. Maybe the two most underrated genus in the hobby, in growth rate, beauty (metallic colours for days), husbandry, size and fun feeding response. Also found that they have pretty good temperament. Pamphobeteus even gives you a reason to want a male. Love these guys.

The first male looks like a Pamphobeteus Nigricolor I say that because of the definition between the marking on the carapace the bigger one is definitely a Pamphobeteus Platyomma! The female would be difficult to identify however I would be able to tell if you uploaded some pictures of her with her juvenile markings/color. I’ve owned a lot of different Pamphobeteus species and it is much easier to identify the species when they are juveniles or adult males most of the mature females are almost indistinguishable with the exception of the Ultramarinus.
Pamphobeteus is a cool genus but with how similar so many of them look it makes me wonder if many of these are different localities rather than species, I think genetic research would be so interesting for these guys. I mean out of all the different spider genera Pamphobeteus is the one that gives me the most headache because it feels like there are 10 giant spiders with purple males and dark brown/black females so I have no idea if I even wanna think about breeding these because I feel like I would end up with hybrids. In the end I find that tarantulas are a great example of how the whole classification of species is somewhat arbitrary since many species blend into each other, African cichlids are also a good example of this same thing.
dude that one is huge.. you might want to rehouse that one if isn't already no wonder he cranky. Such crowded for the poor thing. Beautiful tarantula though. I didn't watched to the end when I made the comment but yeah the spider was more docile when it was out of that small enclosure. At the end that spider was like I don't want to go back in there though.
Looks to me like the bigger one is P sp. platyomma and the smaller darker one is machala. I am no expert and I don't have these Ts, but a quick google search can come up with some info

Hello Marko. I am convinced they are both the same genus. I have kept tarantulas for over eight years now and I have seen this happened twice. I am positive they are both the same Pamphobeteus species. One of them just matured 1 molt earlier. In 2-3 weeks they will be the same color. I observed this happened in Chilobrachys sp. The same in Caribena versicolor species.
There are also big difference in Size and color between same Population
Hi! I love tarantulas. Thats all i wanted to say.
Wow! The colors are so amazing. Do not even look real!
I've never seen such pretty spiders! Even though the bigger one is prettier, the smaller one sort of seemed to be more docile (except when presented with food) 😜 so I think I like him just a tiny bit more.
8:10 The handles of the container are the same colour as the tarantula. Nice. Was that on purpose?
10:05 I think he plays dead as a defence mechanism.
Purple is my birthstone & favourite color.
Royal Purple
Beautiful Tarantulas!
And I agree.....they look so different.
Best of both world's. (Bright & Dark)
♥The Video!
i also think that 2nd one is Platyomma sp. by look and also behaviour. Mine is skittish as hell as well :D
How do the T's get access to water?
Lol, the way they both leaned sideways in the side by side footage. Yes the first guy's carapace was very different from the second.
Hi Petko! When you are showing a T could you print the type name, in both the Latin name and common english name, as well if it's a new world or old world. It would help me as well as other people new to tarantulas as collector's. Thank you.
They are the same type and genus of tarantula but one leaves in a different environment than the other
Omg he is HUGE!!! Beautiful Boys for sure 🖤🕷🕸
You need to get an amazing picture of Chromatopelma Cyaneopubescens!!! She’s soooo Pretty!!!!!
I'm not a tarantula owner but the first Male and female had a distinct arrow mark on their head and I felt like male#2 didn't. Just observation and not sure if that even matters
❤️❤️ love from south africa ❤️❤️
Pinker one is Pamphobeteus Sp. Platyomma
So awesome 👏🏻 🖤🕷💜
Purple and blue tarantulas are the absolute prettiest
