Azarenka played great and im goad she won. I just wish she would move more. She missed so many easy balls because she didn’t go for them
I was wondering too. She has to move more if she's gonna go further in the tournament.
I watch every Vika match and I think it's not that she isn't moving but she just couldn't tell where Zhu Lin was going to hit the ball in the first set, which made her stuck in the middle. Zhu has a compact swing especially the backhand, maybe Vika had a hard time reading if it was going crosscourt or down the line, especially since they've never played before. At the match when on, you can see she started reading her better.

As somebody who's been a line judge on ITF events and high club events, it's such a shame, I understand technology is good sometimes but you're taking the human side away.

On the other hand, do you remember road maps atlases or navigations? Now they are replaced by cell phone apps. The customers won. People lost jobs in areas publishing the road maps and everything else that was involved.
We efile our taxes to the IRS. In the past we were mailing them. These paper tax returns had to be printed and mailed. Affected industries are: paper on which the returns were printed, envelopes, post offices, companies printing checks (now the payments are on line), toners, printers, etc),
Line judges lost but jobs were created in areas where Howk Eye was developed, maintenance, etc.
How many jobs were lost when computers were invented? New industries were developed instead. You can only adopt and adjust.
