First of all I would like to appreciate your efforts, amazing explanation. I have two questions. 1) why we assign task to a job with highest weighted time? 2) As in work station 1 sir, you assign a task to 4 , but here we can assign task to 3 as it needed time 7 mins and we have 7 minutes. If we assign task to 3, we can utilize all remaining 7 mins as you did in workstation 3 you leaving out job 9 with highest weighted time and assign task to 9.
Hello Ravi... Divide in what sense... No. of workstations or duration... As for the no. Of workstations, you just add one when needed... And this loosely depends on total processing time divided by per station duration... This number can increase if some workstations go idle for some time... And if you're asking something else then please refer to the time in video where you felt the doubt
That's perfect Gokul... With first workstation having jobs 1 4 3 2,second having 9 5,third having 7 6 8 and fourth workstation having 10...with times left 0 2 7 and 11 respectively for the four workstations 🙏🏻
@@AdityaClassesBikaner Hello Sir, For second case In third work station i got 6 8 7 and others values same as you mentioned in the comment. Is it correct ?

How to divide the workstation

For second case, efficiency is 75%.
That's perfect Gokul... With first workstation having jobs 1 4 3 2,second having 9 5,third having 7 6 8 and fourth workstation having 10...with times left 0 2 7 and 11 respectively for the four workstations 🙏🏻
