For the love of god, stop playing background music in the videos! Trying to hear the truck not elevator music.

I’m not buying a Ram until you finish this amazing project

Thank you for the hard work.
To each there own honestly when it comes to hemi vs. Hurricane. Me personally id give it a couple more years in the trucks before id buy one just because its still a relatively new engine. As for exhaust, you dont have to buy these premade kits that probably cost a fortune, seems like everytime i bought a kit no matter what company it came from i still seemed to always have fitment issues. Im old school where i just buy a muffler and have it welded in at the exhaust shop here by my house. Last thing i did on my 17 dodge 1500 5.7 hemi 4x4 crew cab was to just have them replace the stock muffler with a flowmaster 40 series something like a 3 inch in dual 2.5 outlets or something like that. We left the stock resonators and dual chrome exhaust tips out back and i can say it has been one of my favorite sounding trucks. Only thing is pulling an enclosed trailer..... omg the drone, well maybe not even the drone its probably just the sound bouncing off the front of the trailer back at the truck. it can get annoying in the mountains. A friend of mine has a 16 f150 3.5TT v6 and we did 3 inch pipe to a 3 inch series 10 flowmaster with a 3 inch tail pipe to a 5 inch tip exiting at the factory location behind the rear right wheel and it honestly sounds pretty wild for a v6 to too loud and it had an awesome tone to it!. I see alot of MBRP stuff on diesel trucks i didnt realize they do alot of gas engine exhausts too. Might have to give there stuff a shot!
If that is what it sounds like, I would just leave it alone, and keep it as quiet as possible! Sad days ahead for ram truck owners, think I will keep my Hemi Rebel for as long as I can😢
Soooo glad I could hear the background music over the exhausts so I could relive my Nintendo gaming days 😐
Are you guys doing an exaust or two for the wagoneer with the 3.0l?
I would rather leave my hurricane quiet. It’s nice to be able to hear the lifter tick of a dying hemi as I leave it at a stop light.
What do I gotta do to get a free exhaust for my Ram?
Thanks for your interest in MBRP! If we had a genie granting wishes, we'd gladly give away our products. Since we don't, you can head over to www.MBRP.com where the Pick Up Your Sound sales event is live now!
I personally think these 6 engine will really hurt sales
I have a MBRP system on my 8 but I'd never put one on a 6 !
Thanks for sharing your thoughts! We get it, the '8' has a special place in your heart. But don’t count the '6' out just yet - it might surprise you! We'd love to hear more about what you think could make it better.

There isn't much you can do better
A six can never replace the amount of cylinders and a firing order an 8 does
Keep up the good work
Love you product !
That's where the twin turbos make up for the 8 cylinders. The old adage "no replacement for displacement" is not entirely true. Just add boost.
These twin turbo Hurricane engines are going to see a ton of aftermarket support and will make gobs more power than the Hemi trucks.
@@meangreenhatch1 They already put out more power in stock form. ;
It’s like a bmw engine!
The best thing about buying trucks is options, if you don't like the new rams , buy a Chevy! Lol😂
I did this to my old 6 biggest mistake sounded like a civic leave it unless it’s a hemi. Leave the car as is. If anything cai it and leave it
Now I’m not exhausting my hurricane that sound does nothing for me
its not hemholtz its helmholtz
Thanks for showing us your exhaust and revving it to 3k Max rpms. Then you try the whole video to make it stop droning at 2k and it drones worse 😂. If I want a quiet muffler Id keep it stock. Do some videos of flybys at high rpms instead of wasting peoples time...
Nothing against MBRP or the work they do but there’s just no chance at making this truck sound good. RIP Hemi and Ram sales.
Y'all...tried
It sounds like a 6 cylinder caravan. I see this engine staying in production for less than 3 years. Horrible decision to drop the hemi.
Good to know, I thought it sounded like a Honda Grom! ;
