ND filters to control exposure while maintaining 180 degree rule. 240fps@1/500 - 120fps@1/250 - 60fps 1/120......lower light environment like cloudy days, 60@1/120fps will give slomo and allow more light. Cheers for covering this topic for the masses.

So, if i use 120fps, my shutter speed should be 1/250 or 1/120?
close enough to double your frame rate... so yes 120fps would be 1/250 sec. 50fps would be 1/100th sec
