    Thank you for this video. I have been doing this bedtime yoga for about two weeks now as I am in the IVF process. I just did my FET as of yesterday and am now on my 2 week wait. We are so hopeful and optimistic. This bedtime yoga routine makes me feel more in tune with my body and sending positive vibes for my little embryo to feel safe and implant so we can have a healthy baby in 9 months.

      👋🏽 Hi there! Thank you for your kind words. In general, I would say this sequence is fine to do after intercourse, but to be extra cautious some might choose to do the Luteal Phase or the Two Week Wait video. Here's a link to both:

    Hi I just came across this and was wondering if this helps with menstrual cramps ?

    • @LiveFertile
      @LiveFertile  4 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Good question! Yoga has been shown in the research to help with dysmenorrhea. I personally have found a lot of pain relief from regularly practicing yoga. I have a few videos on here designed specifically for the menstrual phase of your cycle.

      @@n.sue-ann5527 You're welcome! Women with endometriosis have definitely reported less constipation and pain when they regularly practice yoga. I have an endo focused video here: th-cam.com/video/X8CB-Rif1As/w-d-xo.html

    • @LiveFertile
      @LiveFertile  4 ปีที่แล้ว

      Hi Ansa,
      You certainly can. Look into restorative yoga or yin yoga. Both hold poses for longer periods of time. I also did a video with longer held poses that you might enjoy: th-cam.com/video/cJVxtm0Z7Ts/w-d-xo.html
      Hope that helps!

      Good question! You certainly can. If any of the poses feel uncomfortable though based on the phase you're in, it's always a good idea to listen to your body. 🙂

    • @LiveFertile
      @LiveFertile  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      Hi there. You'll read or be told anywhere from 1-3 hours depending on the size/ heaviness of the meal. I typically recommend going by personal comfort level. I think our bodies are our best guides.

    Can this help if you have fibroids?

    • @LiveFertile
      @LiveFertile  4 ปีที่แล้ว

      Good question! To my knowledge, there hasn't been any scientific studies to answer if yoga helps with fibroids. What I will say is, movement of all types including yoga can help with many of the symptoms associated (like constipation and menstrual cramps) with fibroids. And with or without fibroids, yoga can provide relief from stress which is good for your reproductive and overall health. Hope that helps! 😊

    • @LiveFertile
      @LiveFertile  4 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Hi Rida. This particular video was created to support fertility in general by promoting rest, relaxation, and gentle movement. For most people, it can be practiced at any time during their cycle. It's always important to notice how poses feel to you and make adjustments accordingly. Hope that helps!

      Depends on what time you're eating and what time you're going to sleep. I'd recommend doing this right before bed, so for most people that will be after. Be well!

    Can I do exercise during period ?

    • @LiveFertile
      @LiveFertile  4 ปีที่แล้ว

      Hi there. Good question. Your body is the best guide to answer this question. There's nothing inherently unsafe about doing any of these poses during these poses. But everyone is so different. If while doing any of the poses you feel discomfort, pain, or just don't feel like you have the energy to do a pose, come out of it and rest. Hope that helps!
