  • Possible FADA Knock-Down Neutrodyne kit. There are Fada variable condensers and Fada Neutrodons. The dials are Kellogg dials. The transformers are Bostran. Rheostats made by Regali. This is one heck of a kit! If you have any information about this radio please be sure to let me know!
The cabinet measures at 27" wide, 8 1/2" tall and 8" deep.

Hi Again FTR-man! Yup Frank Angelo D'Andrea, and I am a NEW collector (and restorer) I am an old Tech tho as well and now do fix them. Also got an old Loewe from the 50's but the Fada is my fav. Cool about your contacts..wow. Just bought the last CX-301 and UX-171 to finish mine. It came with the four UX201's and they work so I am almost their. Thx again. I will subscribe!

Decals Unlimited might be able to help you with your radio decals. They are mostly piano fallboard decals, but they also do other decal work including custom work. They are in in North Roseville, MN 55113
Nice old set. Good luck with it now.

Hello, This radio did come with the tubes. Plus I do have many many CX-301A tubes in the garage! So you have a Fada, and you know the F stands for Frank, are you a collector of Fada radios? Wanna know something really cool??? I have contacted one of Frank Andrea's grandsons and even became friends with his assistant! They are great people. Don't forget, I'd like to see a pic or video of your Fada!

Thanks for making one of Frank's inventions come back to life again. Did you get the tubes with it or did you need to order any of the globes?
