This is one way to do it, a simpler way for those interested is just a Bluetooth mini keyboard that comes with a Bluetooth dongle. You don’t have to download any special software like antimicro. It works perfectly fine through carbide motion. I actually bounce mine back and forth between my PC and my macbook and it picks it up instantly with either. I just plug the dongle into whichever computer I’m using and then select jog mode in CM. I use an Rii mini bt keyboard for reference and can jog it in all directions as well as change rapids Love the videos, you always have a good variety with good information
I appreciate the video. I just got my 4x4 Shapeoko 5 Pro with the 2.2 kw water cooled spindle. I was looking for the import file you created. Where is that located. I could not find it in the narrative.
@@TheClackShack Thanks I got it assembled. Just need to get 240 power to it to run the spindle. I added 5 fans to it with a temp alarm and auto start on high temps. Need the airflow to make sure not to overheat the components. Love your videos and thanks.
Good video and very helpful tutorial. I have an Shapeoko but it of course does run by Carbide Motion so I assume this will work for my machine as well. Eager to try it. I always get something good from watching your videos.
