    I'm an engineer, and my partner is in planning law. We both live in the UK, and up until recently, we genuinely considered leaving the UK and taking our trades elsewhere due to the pound weakening. When he mentioned being proud to be British, I instantly thought of all the long days/weeks I've put into British aerospace. Including 60/70 hour weeks all through the pandemic. It's easy for me to concentrate on the lazy people or the people striking for money as it's all the media wish to portray in the news these days. The only time recently I have been proud was when we helped defend Ukraine with weaponry. Rishi gives me hope. He's actually trying to improve the country and not just milk it like other politicians. In a short time, he has actively made changes. I look forward to seeing the second interview. Cheers Peirs 🍻

      Our country along with our western european allies and US have consistently sent diplomats over to Ukraine. To stir the pot for 30 years now ever since the peace treaty was formed stopping either side to recruit new countries into their fold. Which in turn increases the amount of border shared between NATO and Russia, greatly jeopardising the national security of both sides for years to come. Since the mid 90s we've continued to break that treaty by recruiting new members into our NATO fold and Russia has been begging us to stop and continued to work with us without any hostilities until 2014.
      Trump kept a lid on it and focussed on other things but as soon as Biden comes to power, we commenced where we left of from, continually playing these games which led to this war. *Now we're funding these current wars which has greatly increased the prices for everything and many people are struggling to afford anything, and you think this constitutes as giving hope?*
      What happened to the British morals? or did we never have them to begin with since we've been colonising and destroying others nations for centuries. I don't want our people and our name to be dragged through the mud, *stop accepting immigrants because we need to allow the existing immigrants to integrate into our society first and Secondly we need to stop stirring up wars and sending our men and women to foreign lands to fight costing us a lot and increasing the influx of immigrants coming in from those lands.*

      The Creator of everything is : " الله " , and He created us to worship Him alone, and in order to teach us how to worship Him, He sent prophets like " Noah, Abraham Moses, Jesus, " peace be upon them, and the last of the Messengers is Muhammad, may الله prayers and peace be upon him. Therefore, to enter Paradise and to survive punishment , must follow the last of the Prophets and Messengers, mohammed ﷺ ..We also believe in all the heavenly books such as : The Bible , the torah , the zabor ... Which " ALLAH الله " revealed to his prophets and messengers ، But it has changed and distorted. Therefore, " الله " sent Muhammad ﷺ with the

We mention for example: its rhetorical and linguistic miracle, its scientific miracle, as it talked about scientific facts that have been discovered now only after technological development, just as the Qur’an talked about historical facts that they will happen and have already occurredMost of the current discoveries, in all fields, are present and mentioned in the Qur’an 14 centuries ago .The biggest sin in Islam is "shirk " polytheismFor example, to worship Jesus This is a shirkWhoever worships other than God "Allah الله " is in the hell .We love and believe in all the prophets and messengers , but worship is only for " ALLAH الله " Like prayer and asking for forgiveness and mercy are only for " Allah الله " .whoever become Muslim all sins are forgiven by " ALLAH الله"He is like a new page, so he should be keen on doing good deedsBecause heaven is the abode of bliss , pleasure , And everything your soul desires and what " الله ALLAH" has prepared for its people is beyond imaginationThe five pillars of Islam: Shahada, establish prayer, Zakat, fasting Ramadan, and Hajj. The Pillars of Faith: It is the belief in God "Allah الله " , His angels, His books, His messengers, the Last Day, and Predestination " Qadar " .To become a Muslim, the first thing to do is to say
      the " shahada " testimony :" I bear witness that there is no god for worship except " ALLAH الله " and I bear witness that Muhammad is His servant and His Messenger "Learn about " Islam " to know the true purpose of your existence in this life , and you know how to worship the one who created your heart , any question about Islam I can help you " insha allah " . Hahaha I’m certainly not happy to see an unelected PM, throw policies that do not benefit the people down our throats.
      Not to mention the significant lack of support for front line workers. Increasing inflation, that he and his party are responsible for.
      Also, creating anti strike laws, plus flagrantly exempting oil conglomerates from paying tax is not a good PM.
      Unfortunately this is a common Occurrence. You have an individual who’s never known hardship, trying to pretend they know what it feels like to struggle and creating policies that they simply never get to see the damage it’s caused.
      The whole system needs a reshuffle and the old antiquated values and principles they abide by need modernising.

    • @lucyh4355
      @lucyh4355 ปีที่แล้ว +5

      @@Nttyhu We elect a party, not a Prime Minister. That's simply the reality of how our country is governed. That being the case & with the current 5 year terms between elections, I do believe in making the best out of a bad situation. He represents us & we can hold him & his party to account for what they do. We should.
      As for your very justified points on policies, I don't disagree. I simply see Rishi for the representative that he is.
      Unfortunately, in order for workers to get better pay, we need to improve the economy & bring in investment. I fully support the NHS strikes but all the other strikers have diluted the message with their timing. To be cynical, they've also played into the hands of the Tories & made it easier for these awful anti-strike & anti-protest laws to be enacted.
      In my opinion, Labour's under woke leadership; Lib Dems have no chance at the next election; Green is great for local councils but would be terrible in government; Reform...yeh, just not convinced but they may be a necessary evil. I don't like our choices at all but the system isn't going to change any time soon.
      Much of the damage was done by the Tories putting clowns in no. 10 & I'd at least prefer someone who behaves (mostly) like an adult. Labour is at fault too for being weak & not acting as a true opposition. Our system is built to have a strong opposition, not one that allows the party in power to do whatever they like. It's literally their job to fight against all the policies you have detailed AND they are funded by unions which makes it worse!
      So, I think the interview was successful as a PR puff piece with a bit of substance. If it helps to make our country look like we're a good place to do business, with an adult in charge, I'll take it. With my eyes wide open.

      @Araweelo Spirit My comments criticising the "interview" & Rishi have been deleted. Read through the comments.. they're all generic versions of what a great guy Rishi is & how well he handled the questions, & what a great interviewer Piers is. This is just perception manipulation. Rishi has clearly been coached well & told to smile a lot, as a large part of the public view him as out of touch & evil.
