3:13 In Greece this squat toilet is called turkish toilet. Until 50 years ago these were very common all around the world. You have to step one foot on each side of the drain facing the door and squat. In Greece, these are still sometimes used in public spaces (e.g. camp sites) or older facilities that have many visitors. They are easier to clean and the user is not touching anywhere.
Six o'clock local people still are napping. After 9 the restaurants are full. Nothing like American hours for lunch or dinner. At 12 noon we still drink our morning coffee so our lunch is after 2. Nice video
the crazy with Greece is that u can fit all these places in such a small land ! I s crazy i saw desert in Limnos for example palm Forests in Creta and High Mountains in Central Greece crazy
9:55 There is more craziness into that. Think that just until some decades ago the monks and the visitors there could access a monastery by only a lift made with basket and ropes hanging from a muscle force operated winch, or sometimes the basket was just a rope net.
What a peaceful place 😍
