My favorite Greece series is this one, Meterora. The drone view of the monasteries on top of the mountain is picturesque. Great respect to the ancient builders.
απολύτως απίστευτο (absolutely incredible) video my friends, I was literally in awe of the sheer beauty of Meteora, the sunsets 🌇 the rock formations and everything about the place is absolutely breath taking.. now let's talk about the food the feta cheese 🧀 with the greek salad and suvlaki looked delicious, if only youtube had a way you could smell food through your cellphone that would be amazing - though I'm not a coffee drinker myself but that coffee did look like hot chocolate.. thank you once again my friends - can't wait to see where you guys go.. can't wait to connect with you guys soon.
Thanks so much Vu! We were really blown away by all the landscapes 🤯 That would be amazing if you were able to smell through the lens! Trust me that coffee is nothing like hot chocolate 😂 Appreciate you man!
What an amazing place . What an extraordinary feat to build these monasteries up there without easy access to or paths and accomplish these beautiful buildings.
There is so much more on Greece and so so much more on the mainland. You have no idea. I myself did a route between mountains, gorges, rivers, lakes, hotsprings, and other spectacular nature, My own route in February was lake Kerkini, Pozar hotsprings, Mount Olympus, Meteora, from Metsovo to Konitsa on old road passing by and visit Tymfi mountain with Vikos Gorge, Aoos gorge, Mt Tymfi dragon lake, Tzoumerka mountains, Pindus mountains, Acheloos valley, Lake Kremaston, Evrytania, Karpenisi-Prousos, Mount Giona+Mount Vardousia, Lake Mornos, Mount Parnassos, Evia ajd Mount Dirfi and around, Go to Nafplio and so on and so on. Check out all these regions and areas by googling every separate of these areas. You will be surprised
@@i.t3854 Thank you! I love Greece. Truly. If anyone would visit Greece in the ways I do, and know the things about Greece that I have seen, and know that Greece is truly overblown with immense diversity and beauty in endless of ways, people would be even more loving of Greece. Greece is widely regarded as one of THE most beautiful countries in the world, and yet ynly 1-2% of Greece is advertised and yet Greece is famed for it's stunning beauty. Athens, Meteora and 20+ wonderful Greek islands are usually featured and yet they miss another 6000 islands and then the mainland all around. Greece is 80% mountains, very geographically complex, incredible geology diversity, and incredible coastlines. What can one expect when these things combine? Hence I can recommend anyone going around the country and seeing it's many unknown gems
Mainland of Greece has hundred of sites to visit, try Movemvasia castle, Mani, Zagoria villages in Epirus, Mount Pelion, Ancient Olympia, the city of Kastoria with the popular lake and of course Thessaloniki for the best of night life!!!

I recommend you a trip that includes Thessaloniki, ancient Pella, the birthplace of Alexander the great ,Vergina with the Macedonian tombs and Edessa waterfall or Kastoria town.
If you areinterested in road trips in mainland Greece consider the following routes. 1.Volos-Larisa-Trikala-Karditsa and end up to Meteora and then Metsovo and Ioannina. 2. Thessaloniki- Veria-Naousa-Kozani-Grevena-Kastoria 3. Thessaloniki -Giannitsa- Pella- Kilkis-Serres 4. Thesslaloniki - Chalkidiki -Mount Athos 5 Thessaloniki-. Serres-Drama - Xanthi- Komotini-Alexandroupoli. You can see even more beautiful sites and experience mainland Greece.

@ it is especially the sweet pumkin cinnamon pie . And milk pie is delicious it tastes like the French flan pie . For instance my grandma did not know the gyros and in my town gyros came in 1980.
