Hi Marion and Happy New Year. I know this is an older video, but Hor Mok has always been one of my favourites and this recipe has been my go-to. I steam mine in some lovely small bowls I bought at Chatuchak over 30 years ago 🙄. I found I end up with a small pool of water on the top from the steaming process. I use a cartouche over the top now and add the cream topping and more fresh herbs/chilli afterwards for this reason. Any chance of revisiting this recipe in the future, maybe a talay or goong version? Thanks again for all you do.
Aw, love your Mum, Marion! She's so lovely :)
Mother daughter pair is rare to see but excellent job you do.
Congrats Marion! Will pray for you to have a safe delivery!

Two years late, better late than never… Thank y’all for sharing these recipes… love all Thai flavors
Hi Hi from Toronto
Can I use green curry paste instead of the red curry paste?
I can't find you on live?
Can you bake it in a big casserole for a party?
nandita dasgupta you sure can!
Don’t you have to clean the leaves?
Can i buy your products in India?
Im allergic to shrimp ao are all red curry paste made with shrimp powder, paste or anything.
I like mom
Damn Marion, you kept talking over your mom and snatching things from her.
This looks very similar to "Amok", which is a Khmer dish, not Thai.
It’s Khmer that copy Thai. What the meaning of Amok? Haw mean wrap, Mok refer to food that is wrapped by leaf
OMG stop talking and let mum do the work. Stop and learn. Hope your baby daughter takes it after your mum not you.
