- Hi friends, in this video I show how to build a shop cabinet that holds Milwaukee packouts with pull out trays. I use less than 1 sheet of 3/4” maple plywood, three sets of 16” soft close drawer slides, Burch edge banding, and a pice of 1/4” Burch plywood. Be a friend tell a friend, thanks for watching.

Nice Job! You have a gift on presenting the build.
Thank you, I appreciate it!
Dang this rules.
Ok thanks 👍
“Hey dummy - what’s that face for?” 😆
The face of panic 🤣
I wonder if it would be better (at a larger scale) to build more plywood closed drawers and fill them with lots of PackOut organizer bins and then only have 3 or so PackOut suitcases to fill as required and then take out to the jobsite. The alternative would be stacks of PackOut drawers and then all of the casework is done for you (at a price, of course).
I think more plywood drawers with the organizers is a great idea, it’s shop friendly and also could be mobilized. After a wile of using the cabinet pulling open the drawer and then lifting the lid of the packout is a second step that can be annoying, but tolerable.
Question would you be able to share the full cut list and your affiliate link on Amazon for the draw sliders? Also this was a great video.
Yeah I can make that up. I’ll do it this week and post it. Thanks for watching !! 🍻

Here is the cut list and a Amazon link. Good luck building 👍🏻
What kind of paint did you use, brand and sheen? It looks good with the red palckouts!!
Thank you, I used a pre mixed black in a quart that Home Depot had on the shelf. I went flat or eggshell, not sure but those are my two go too’s.
One problem that I see, it should be off the floor a least 3” is horrible to approach the working surface above it and hit your feet against the cabinet build.
other than that great build.
Thanks and I agree, I definitely would done that but there just wasn’t enough room to clear with what I jammed in there 🤣
