Thank you so much for this tutorial. My granddaughter loves these table toppers and your videos have helped me tremendously, especially this one . I appreciate the time you take to share your gift. Thanks again!
I too have been sewing for over 50 years and I was delighted to discover someone else who cuts their binding slightly wider. I also do that when I cut bias binding, result, perfect binding every time. Love your videos.
This video has great info for binding this table topper. Thank you, I like to cut my binding as wide as you do. It helps me out too! You're a great teacher!
Hi Christen. I am so glad the binding tutorial was helpful. Every Wednesday I release a tutorial call "Sewing Tip of The Week". I give very helpful information for making table linens, pillow, quilts, clothing, and so much more. These are very helpful for beginners. Here is a link to my latest one: th-cam.com/video/WJuns65DtnQ/w-d-xo.html Thanks for watching💗 and happy sewing😍
I have struggled with odd corners forever, but I made my last binding as you suggested, a 2 3/4 inches . It worked great as did the snip at the corner. Thank you!
Hi Gay. In the past, I was stitching the binding on by hand. But due to an injury to my right hand, it become extremely difficult to do any hand stitching. So stitching in the ditch is a nice alternative to hand sewing for individuals who have to do machine stitching. I did like how the hand sewn binding looked. Thanks for watching. Stay safe, and happy sewing. 😍
@@TheSewingRoomChannel I understand. My comment said “handset”, but was supposed to be hand stitched. Anyway, I have had no success stitching in the ditch. Thanks for all your tutorials. ☺️
The best video on turning those pesky corners. Thank you!
Thank you for a clearly demonstrated tutorial on non squared quilt corners and binding.

I like all of it until the stitch in the ditch. I always handset my binding on the back. Otherwise, great help on the corners!
