Slacks wasnt the arresting officer, he isnt command he is a deputy. Must have been at least 6 cops that told soze to get a lawyer, he refused. All relevant charges and documents were posted on the docket which a lawyer would get and he could subpoena anything else required for a court case. Remember those bubbles koil mentioned?
