    This stuff is just awesome. If you wanna see other stuff like this in movies, I would suggest watching Tony Jaa, one of the best action stars out there. Most of it wouldn't happen in a real fight, but it's well choreographed and very cool to watch.

    haha I agree with you man, tricking ain't for fighting. Fighting is a whole different world from both martial arts and tricking. Though martial arts has a combat side, it's also an art. I wish people would stop with saying how tricking is for fighting, cause it's not. It's for show. And that's it.

  • @naughtyboyproducts
    @naughtyboyproducts 11 ปีที่แล้ว +1

    I'm in shotokan karate myself, I do give these guys loads and loads of credit for being able to do this, but I think it isn't the best defense for a fight. You make yourself very venerable with all of the flips. It's still cool though. :)

    • @GinoTrickz
      @GinoTrickz 5 ปีที่แล้ว

      They know they can't use these high level kicks and flips in a fight it's not about that. However if they did have to fight a basic kick is going to be extremely easy to pull off without basics this stuff wouldn't be possible

I am familiar with the muay thai ambient...is not a matter of be tought...is a matter of fight...and when you fight you can seriously injured or even die fighting !anyway i respect those athlets..

  • @Snakeshit287
    @Snakeshit287 13 ปีที่แล้ว

    Just a question. I am twenty five years old. I know that all of these tricks is something that will never be achieved for I should have started this kind of activity early if I was going to learn to do this. But is too late to learn a back flip or a back handspring?

    • @meitani
      @meitani  ปีที่แล้ว

      You are 36 now, it's never too late.
      The human body and mind are amazing.
      If you decide you will do it, you will find a way and make it happen.
      Just don't stop trying.
      You only fail at something when you stop trying!
      As long as you keep trying, you are not failing!!!
      So, if you want, you can!

  • @NinjaLifeCrisis

    great skills but I fail to see it as an effective fighting style. how do hey use this when taken the ground? If I had to fight onne of them I would look for an opportunity to take it to the ground an choke them out ... just have to dodge the flying twisting legs first... :)

    This caporia right? I love this style of either martial art or dancing whatever people call it.
    great work guys and girls :D btw if anyone here reading this does these kind of martial arts or dancing tell me how long it took you to get it perfect or pretty good enough, I can spin and front flip back on my feet but not like this... believe me fliping your self backwards from your feet even twisting is freaking hard, I was never good at back flips anyway, I can only go forward.

    • @meitani

    Wushu is problably one of the most aerial martial arts, good place to start, gymnastics are also a good way of getting lots of airtime experience and pure goodness.
    getting flexible is very important, and kicks and flex are something you can work on at home and on any big grass field. Tricks, well you can find lots of tutorials around the net on how to do some simple moves, start out slow. No need to be corkscrew'ing the first week! goodluck

    i agree im a tkd blackbelt 3rd dan and ur totally right when i spar i barely use any spinning tricks unless i think the person who im fighting is useless and will fall for it mostly in a fight ill use roundhouse kicks and jumping front snap and also the punching and i dont think bad about any other martial arts they all look for the same purpose a good self defense and its not really how good the martial art is but how good is the person who is using it

    I can agree with you on that, on some levels. I've been in martial arts for over 10 years, i mixed kung fu, kickboxing, and some wing chun, and judo into my system. So that is MMA on some level.
    I however, can agree with the MMA people on one thing, not to many OLD traditional martial artists are realistic about their style, Training the use of kata's, or kung fu, animal styles, is something that will take 20 years to master, even so, it's not certain that it will be effective enough to use.

      @@meitani don't hurt yourself brother , better becareful than ending up , you hoping you'll die soon i don't recommend people training it when there is fear or doubt in your mind while performing it. i just use this as an example: a bodybuilder has died doing a backflip it went wrong and he landed on his neck , eventually died at the hospital and i think this guy has been doing it alot otherwise he wouldn't use it as a bodybuilder show / me myself can't do this but i think mats and water is good for backflip training anything thats soft and can't potentially hurt you in a bad way
