One day she was having a hard day missing him. I told her that I loved her and so did Jesus and not to let others around her to dictate the healing process of losing her husband. I reminded her of God's great and mighty love for her and she didn't have to be ashamed if she didn't handle every day the way someone else thought she should. And just take each day to Jesus and tell Him how she was feeling. Jesus alone is our Healer in everything we face in life. It is amazing to know that a few years back, this man who sings this song was diagnosed with Kidney cancer, and then Throat surgery that nearly ceased his ability to sing...the enemy can sometimes make a deal with God to try and take out those whom God has placed in the front line of the war on evil. God knew this would be a victory and the enemy LOST. I heard this song for the very first time this week..laid my brother to rest and found it very comforting. Casting Crowns has been used by God for several years to reach the lost with a message of healing and strength, and to help those of us who need to heal from this worlds woes and heartache. Praise the Living God of heaven and earth, who has blessed this band with their ability to bring us music that helps us understand..this is a song the WORLD needs right now...our lives are about to be changed here on this planet and many are going to be afflicted and in pain. It says The last thing this lost world needs is someone I'm trying to be truth that has set me free is that I'm just a broken man loving my Jesus showing my scars telling my story of how mercy will meet you where you are I pray the whole world hears the cry of my heart Is to see all the ones I love Loving my Jesus. It's a beautiful song that speaks of God's love mercy and grace to meet us where we are and teaches us to just be real with each other the way Jesus was with everyone during His earthly ministry. He was and still is approachable. He isn't a God who expects perfection from us before we can come to Him. No He already knew life is hard and God loves the world so much that He sent His precious Son Jesus Christ That through Him we would experience for ourselves how very approachable our Heavenly Father really is. Sister I'm so sorry for your loss. I lost my Dad 21years ago and was able to witness to him about Jesus.And praise God 2 months before he died he received Jesus into his heart. I went through many days just like you have and learned that in the grieving process the ones around us no matter how good their intentions are one's grieving process may be different than someone else's. So Sister Jesus loves you and He sees every tear that falls from your eye's. And He is so mindful of you His thoughts towards you are many.
