    Here is a great tip: do your autosuggestion it the hypnogogic state - the state between waking and going to sleep and in the hypnopompic state - between sleep and waking in the morning. The suggestion hit harder and faster this way!

    Repetition in short - Practice makes perfect. Thanks for this amazing inspirational Ted Talk. It didnt just opened my eyes to see things from a different perspective but it also gave me the tools to tap into my conscience and subconscious mind. The key is to always have positive affirmations abt yourself to make your world a better place❤

    Good speach Susanna, it is easy to speak but difficult to implement, the best thing to do is to clean our negative feeling and programs from our subconscious mind, if our subconscious mind is full of not positive information it will not let us change it by new positive affirmations. But fortunately there are teqhniques to get free from the influence of our past from our body. Sincerely Tigran

    Very interesting and inspiring talk. Repetition helps the information stick into the subconscious mind. I guess the emergency services use the technique of repetition during training. Constant training ensures that when the actions, learnt in training, are needed then these workers go into autopilot and handle emergency situations in an efficient and affective way. Repetition can therefore be used to reprogram the mind so it becomes more positive in its outlook. Growing up, we don't get taught such useful advice so by the time we learn this we may have a lot of problems that need fixing. The damage of repetition of negative self talk needs to be fixed.

    I am glad that you have recovered. The subconscious eats the conscious as we go through life, did you know that?

    • @terrycraig6386
      @terrycraig6386 ปีที่แล้ว

      If you mean that the subconscious is much bigger and overrules the conscious all the time,then yes.

    • @jesusbermudez6775
      @jesusbermudez6775 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@terrycraig6386 But one does not want the subconscious to have a say as otherwise one makes a mess of things. So one secures the body and in such way the conscious is always in charge.

    What to do when mind speak negative things.. something fearful like accident or disease and we are aware of it ??

    • @gowriv6238
      @gowriv6238 ปีที่แล้ว +6

      Don’t move your thoughts to thinking mind. As you aware of it, just let it go .. focus on the action what you have to do, you don’t have to believe your thoughts. Once you aware of your thoughts, just ignore and focus on the work you have to do, but if you have moved your negative thoughts to thinking mind, don’t contemplate on it, just let it go
      Give freedom for your thoughts don’t try confront any thoughts…
      You are not your thoughts, give freedom to ur thoughts and let it go. Use your logical/thinking mind and do what is right to do at the moment.

      @sumansirohia298 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Priyanka whenever mind becomes negative , you think of accidents, suffering &pain, immediately visualise a positive image of the given situation. For eg when a mother is waiting for the school bus to come to drop her child home, but due to circumstances the bus is late. Mind goes into negative mode. The later the bus is, intensity of fear increases. Now just visualise your child is back at home and he is having his favourite snack which you have prepared. Keep this picture and happy emotions in your mind. The message which you have sent to the mind is … “I want this” and everything works out just fine.

      Love this ❣️ I really feel it. Repeat, repeat and repeat 🔁 Of personel experience I have been told I'm to positive, I never understud what they meant. I know now it's who I am. It's from my childhood, my parents always turned my negative to something good. When I completely something I say loud how good I'm. I know today I did make a good impact by being me. I see beyond and I always did. My parents always said go for it. Thank you Susanne for putting words to my beliefs and power to continue being me.
