Once you change the Tenda to DHCP it will receive a new IP Address from your router. If your router doesn't have a device list page, you can download an app that can scan your network to get the new IP Address.
If you connected it to your ISP router with DHCP you can access the admin panel using the IP Address provided by the ISP Router. If you forgot the password then you will need to factory reset and repeat the setup process.

Yes, for a little more money I like the refurbished TP-Link Decos which have an app and are sold as a 2 pack.
