Tsimane Diaries

This is a short film of two Singaporeans who went on a jungle fly fishing expedition in Bolivia in June 2024. Spending 12 days in the remote, indigenous territory of Oromomo, a confluence where the magnificent mountain range of Andes meets the upper reaches of the great Amazon River, they chased after golden dorado and pacu with 8 to 10 weight fly rods, casting big baitfish patterns and dry flies on wire leaders, upon the mercy of Mother Nature, in hope to fulfil their dreams.
