How to easily add sound effects to Instagram Reels

I have added the sound effects to my reel through these settings, but in the uploaded reel, there are not any of those sound effects I can hear.something
Thrice times I rechecked, in thought that maybe I missed clicking "done option" but nope... It was nothing like that.
Please assist me if I have skipped something.

I'm trying since last week. I add effect successfully but when come back to the main video it has been removed again and again. I don't know how??

Yes I believe you can add all of them on one Reel. Sound FX, voice overs and music 👍

Thanks, I ended up screen recording then sending the video to my pc and ripping the audio w audacity, then emailing it back to my phone! Cheers@@SimplyCreate
