    About my videos: These videos are a resource for anyone wishing to wake up from the dream of separation. Awakening, enlightenment, and liberation are becoming far more mainstream possibilities than they once were. There are many good teachers out there, and if you resonate with the teachings of Eckhart Tolle, Rupert Spira, or Sadhguru, you might find resources here that address these deeper promptings to investigate your true nature.
    Disclaimer: The information presented in these videos is not meant to diagnose or treat any psychiatric or medical illness. The inquiries presented herein are potent and can have powerful effects on the way you experience yourself and reality. If you feel you are at risk of harming yourself or others, these videos and practices may not be the best thing for you at the moment. Seek help wherever necessary which might include a hospital emergency department, a suicide helpline etc.

    "It's like putting your mind into checkmate." I was sitting here practicing listening and my thoughts started to drift to the movie Revolver....RIGHT when you said that. Damn you Angelo. :D

    Angelo!!! OMG I got lost halfway through video, you hurt my brain every day! Today I couldn't stop thinking about strapping you down and tickling you for an hour! Friendly payback ;)
    No worries though, a second copy of your book should be arriving today so I should awaken twice as fast now, right? LoL
    Much Love

    Could you share your thoughts about conscious manifestation?
    This is something that comes up with Ekhart Tolle.
    What is it in your experience?

    Thank you! After a minute of performing this excercise, bodily sensations increased greately (but not in a bad way; I feel my skin, my organs doing something, tension in my back, touching the keyboard, relaxation of head and face muscles, nerves operating around solar plexus [kind of like soft stream of water flowing], pleasant and subtle tickling in stomach, rarely cloudy feeling around hands), there is stillness component, "grabbing" component is on and off cyclically (like the notion of waiting for something), vision becomes a bit peripheral with a slight zoom (although it seems like its not a real zoom but realizing the image was a bit closer but not seen that way). Should I rest there longer?

    How can you discern between real presence and a subtle mental construct representing it? I can often reach a point in inquiry where gross verbal & image thoughts subside to a large degree, but subtle images like vague impressions of the face (associated with emotion arising and passing) and particularly the sense of the body positioned in space and space/direction more generally are very sticky. How can I know this silence or spaciousness I'm attending to is not a similar subtle image-thought projecting what it should be like, and going unrecognised?

      Wouldnt u like to know

    • @Plaqtra
      @Plaqtra 7 หลายเดือนก่อน

      The mental construct is percieved while the real presence can never be percieved, just as an eye never can percieve it self. If you look at your physical eye in a mirror you don't see your eye, but a reflection of it. Yet the real eye is present in every concievable eye perception wether looking in a mirror at the reflection of your eye or anything else.
      In other words you will never percieve real presence and it is not something to aspire to pursue since it is a misnomer. What it worth considering is why you believe any perception is a hindrance to real presence when It litterally cannot be so?
