Texas Toast Garlic Bread Pizza!! game day snack

A retired firefighter from WMFD in West Memphis, AR. I moved to the sunshine state a couple of years ago and we love it in Florida. I enjoy cooking and I usually did the cooking at the fire stations, mainly because the cook didn't have to clean up, lol. Most of the recipes I shared on here I've cooked at the station. Texas Toast Garlic Bread Pizza
8 slices of frozen garlic toast
2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
Pizza sauce or Marinara sauce
pepperoni or other pizza toppings
Jalapeños (optional)
Preheat oven to 425
Spray a cookie sheet with non-stick cooking spray or use parchment paper and place the garlic bread on it.
Top the slices of bread with a little bit of pizza sauce, cheese add pepperoni or your desired toppings and finally cover toasts with some more shredded cheese.
Bake Texas toast garlic bread in preheated oven for 5-7 minutes until cheese melts and serve hot.
