Love your Issey Miyaki collection. Is it true certain items are reserved for locals only? I went to Japan 3 times. Most items were told being sold out. Especially the Homme Plisse.
I don't know if it's something that only locals can buy, but if you don't go shopping at the beginning of the month, the number of items is very limited, especially for Homme Plisse!
