My family have done a secret Santa for many years now. It started because we didn’t want my mother to feel that she had to buy for everybody. She was living on a tight budget and felt bad that she couldn’t afford gifts for us. She has passed away now, but we still only buy one gift. It means being able to select something that we can afford, and that the recipient will love. Happy Christmas everyone ❤

I am new here, you must work long hours in office to wanting a slow/ quiet Christmas good thing you have small apartment and cleaning won’t take long. I am surprised to see how warm it is in Finland where you live ( unless temperatures you posted are in Fahrenheit) expected to see at least something like -15 or -20. Wish you a slow and cozy Christmas.🌲
December is not that cold in southern Finland, January and February are the "real winter months". Here in the south it's not a given to have a white Christmas anymore, the climate is getting warmer. Up north it's of course colder with lots of snow.
