It has superb soft-soil mobility, to include on sand dunes. It is an integral part of the key performance requirements, along with crew protection, on & off-board electrical power (10Kw each).

政治的な配慮を含め（笑）10中8.9これでしょうね。国産でこれと同じぐらいの性能の車両が作れれば別でしょうが。
そもそもLAVは開発当初から装甲車として微妙だったし、実物を見ても華奢な作りで車内も「軽自動車か」と思うほど狭かったから。もともと陸自の機械化を急いで「質より量」を目指したのだから仕方ないけど、海外派遣が主要任務となるとLAVでは心もとないです。

💪 I was hoping to see some reference to the unmanned JLTV variant that the USMC hopes to use as a missile slinger. Info on that program is not easy to come by. I suppose that might mean good secrecy, but hope it doesn't indicate that the program has run into trouble.

2019年11月の陸上自衛隊那覇駐屯地の基地祭での、
訓練展示参加&一般公開で見てから一年。
今では国道を走る姿も珍しくなくなりつつあります。
陸自の軽装甲機動車に慣れてるとハンビーもこいつもすげーデカく感じるな
やっぱこれくらいは必要なんかな？
でも1対1じゃ自衛隊の方が強いよ

両方乗ったことあるけど、ハンヴィーは体感でライトアーマーの1.5倍くらい広かったな
ただJLTVは映像見る限りだとハンヴィーほど広くなさそう。
防爆構造にスペース取られてるんだろうな
陸軍はJLTVの調達数を減らして攻撃部隊の先遣隊に集中配備、海兵隊は配備中のHUMVEE全てを置き換えるのか、一万八千輌も調達するようですね。
陸軍が採用数を減らしたのは対テロ戦から国家間戦争へとトレンドが変化する中、JLTVの様な大柄な防護車輌は目立ち易いからとか。

民間には売らんでしょう。ましてや日本に売ってくれるかも分からない車輌ですし調達価格が1億円前後との事です。日本で仮に導入されるとしても官庁限定でスバル、三菱重工川崎重工等のライセンス生産になると思います。
