I bought this exact dash cam kit about 6 months ago I’ve had a couple issues with it - It randomly saves videos - It randomly disconnects when accessing it from the app - it overheats in the summer and doesn’t put out a WiFi signal but it still does record while over heated It is amazing for the price and you can avoid a lot of these issues by just removing the sd card and plugging it into a computer. It saved me already when my wife hit a deer and my insurance company called me a liar 😂
@@forthewubwubs dang, I'm hoping every unit is not like this. I'm taking it to Mexico in two days so I'll report back how it performs with the heat there.

how long did it take to fill the sd card? will it keep re-recording on a long trip copying over old footage that you really don't need?
@@dons1643 You should be able to get about 24 hours of footage using the 64gb card. Yes it auto erases the oldest footage.
