The Airmax will hive a better image on the same magnification settings, however what will work best depends on the type of shooting you are doing. KInd Regards OPW
I have the impression that the Airmax series are best for break-barrel air rifles, and the other scope only for PCP, which have a significant less recoil. ? (I am looking for a scope for a Gamo Replay Magnum 10X Gen.II, and as I understand, it have a hard kicking recoil). I dont know of other scopes that will work well on a break-barrel, than the Airmax series.
You might wanna get a dampa mount for powerful springers. Gas rams can be even tuffer so either go for an airmax on top or stick to non adjustable objectif scope as they tend to handle the reversed recoil of springers better. Hope this helped.
Wanting a good Hawke scope for my 343 my currant Sworofski dosent have parralax and want to put my pard 007 on for night use on foxes, currently have a sidewinder on my 22/250 and works well, plus is it a good idea to go for that new wider field of view? Thanks in advance
What's parallax and what's the need for it with the pard I have the pard and am looking at getting new glass for it but don't know what to get I've seen about parallax but don't understand how it effects the pard
Good comparison between models, thanks for this.
I needed this comparison so bad.
Thx for the video!
Glad we could help!
Please for a brocock bantam .22 which one is better : an airmax 4x12x50 or a vantage 6x24x44 ? Which one is better and more clear when zooming ? Thx
