    These are very advanced exercises that should only be used to further progress your rehabilitation not to be used in the beginning stages of rehab.

    Great synopsis :) How was "good core stability" determined in this paper?

      Thank you! Unfortunately the authors did not make specific test recommendations as they argued that methods to assess good core stability and strength are not reliable and valid. So basically their assessment of a "good core stability" was subjective and the decision was made by the treating physical therapist.

    I want to do gymnastics with this condition but every time I arch back I feel lower back pain. Should I absolutely stop it? Will this fracture ever heal?

      @@adityalotankar4306 12 years, 6 of them of pure hard intensive rehab exercises and strengthening and still feels on the way

      Got injured when I was 13, today I'm 25 and I asked up there 8months ago because I still felt it but turns out it wasn't the fracture, it was my lumbars working harder to maintain the stability from the injury
