do you mean 9ths and 10ths ? if yes then those are completely playable , If your hands can't reach a 10th you can do a fast roll from the bottom note to the upper note and It will sound just as good , I forgot which animenzzz's arrangement that had a 12th chord .

Some of these base chords are like 1 or 2 over the octave, I'm beginning to doubt the playability of this
