The view alone is $ 170 K. He will sell out fast and once he does you can be assured such a price in Aburi next year will be a pipe dream. LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION....I HOPE HE MAKES FANTASTIC PROFITS. Absolutely deserves it for his risk and vision.

Great content!! But I have a few questions tho.. why are the prices usually quoted in dollars and not cedis? I mean no one will quote prices in cedis in The States😅. Secondly, what makes a building luxurious? Peace ✌️

Good question. The government of Ghana should stop that nonsense in dollar pricing. BRICS is the future and de- dollarization is happening fast. Local currency and cross- border settlement of a country's trade with another is the future.

In 5-10 years there will be no “quiet” or vegetation at aburi. Other developers will join u. We hate “holistic” or 360 development. Govt n developers should have come together to reserve 50% of the vegetation

That's how it is in Ghana, safety during construction is not an issue, in fact it is non existent, no safety gurard rails, no PPE, i.e. safety hats, safety boots, gloves, goggles, hi-vis, no safety talks, no safety full stop!! 2 electricians were electrocuted on a site a couple of weeks ago, another one fell off a truck taking them from site and passed, these are just 2 examples! 😳😫

Too expensive. It should be worth $30,000. Not safe due to erosion of the earth if it rains heavily that can cause a muddy landslide due to deforestation.
