I dont know what liners your using but i been using you by kotex liners the pink ones liners help you with discharge especially if you are already on birth control like myself you often get spotting i dont get an actual period i only get spotting but that's it

Yeah, I’m a dentist and there’s no need for an electric toothbrush unless specifically indicated in disabled patients, or someone with poor dental hygiene. These are just marketing strategies. So is the case for tongue cleaning. Back of your toothbrush’s head is good enough to clean your tongue and that too not very harshly

It’s completely fine and normal to use a regular toothbrush don’t think that you need to invest sooo much in a toothbrush only because she said or she is using that until you think you really need that

As a dentist from india now working in the UK, I wouldn’t recommend visible white for everyone. Whitening toothpastes are more abrasive to remove surface stains, however for a lot of people prolonged use of a whitening toothpaste can cause sensitivity. It is more important for toothpastes to have 1350-1500ppm fluoride.
What about electric toothbrush?
An electric toothbrush is a great investment. It’s quite effective in removing plaque and preventing over brushing. While that being said, the brushing technique is more important, with a manual or electric toothbrush.

The panty liner idea would create so much wastage in the environment. Won't it? Am I getting something wrong?
You aren't supposed to wear sports bra at home because the fit isn't comfortable for that. A simple slip on bra us perfect for that. So many brands have them - Amante, Nykd by Nykka are the ones I hv tried. Decathlon has some amazing sports bra.. gives excellent support for bigger sizes.

Is it okay to use panty liners everyday because we know now sanitary pads have cancer causing element and also aren’t environment friendly so why to use them unless it’s really required… better to use panties for not longer than 6 months I think

Unless you reeeeaaalllllyyyy NEED it, don't get veneers. it is not safe for your actual teeth (cause they shave it down to fit the veneers). It is also expensive and you have to get it re-done every 10 years.
Mals, you are the elder sister I needed when I hit puberty. I still remember how terrible and super dry felt when I started to use random intimate washes then with time I rejected them all. Like this so many mistakes I made. With different hostels, different elder sisters I met taught me so many lessons for which I am always grateful towards them. Why not natural nails and keep them clean, apply natural top coat or pretty pastel shade…. It’s easy to do that home , inexpensive and super hygienic.
She did mention that. Cut and file to keep your natural nails as is.
We have nose hair for a reason - its supposed to trap dirt and dust so you dont breathe it in. So unless you have hair that can be plaited coming out of your nose, i would totally avoid trimming that. Plus who looks up our noses man😅
