We just discovered these cask strengths this year and freaking love them. These bottles turned us from casual brand fans to taking notice of them each time we see them. Cheers.
Nice review! The regular version I like the LM, PD, then the Emerald Giant. I scored the cask strength bottles for 52.00 bucks each and I like the EG, LM, then the Pipe Dream!
Love watching your reviews. I make cocktails but have been leaning towards bourbon/rye more lately and have learned a lot from you. Thanks for all the time you’ve spent on these videos. Love all the other spirit reviews too!
I have their core line up and it’s good. The emerald giant is one of my favorite easy drinking ryes. Their bottled in bond offerings are a disappointment to me. The grizzly beast tastes super young and grainy, the rocket top is ok (they were super expensive at $100 each for 4-5 year juice) Haven’t tried their cask strength offerings but won’t ever buy anything other then their core line until they get the ages up to 6 years minimum and have the prices down. Tons of great things to drink out there especially at this price point. Thanks for the video Chris.
Spot on review! I got to taste all three with Jeff, their master distiller, and I remember both of these being exactly like you described. By the way, the Rye in my favorite of the three by far. It's sensational.

Thank you for all that information! It’s always good to hear about bottlings we may not have all tried. Take care and cheers!

Thanks for sharing and cheers!
I'm curious. What category do you publish your TH-cam videos under?
I think it’s under “how to and style”. Cheers!
Thanks, buddy.
I had a chance to try samples of these two + the Rocket Top BIB recently. They're all very nice! Rocket top took top spot for me among the three.
I have to try mine soon but I also have the Grizzly Beast and am excited to crack that one!
