Exactly, and even conceptually this wouldn't work. A prequel to Titanic MIGHT work, but a sequel after the events of the first one, would kind of be like giving a middle finger to the original movie and the audience.

They could make a part 2.. create a story about another couple that was on board and show us a different perspective on different lives of the other people. & then show Jack & Rose thru passing, like their own cameo shots. 💯
The original movie doesn’t need a remake. Jack died and rose goes on. At the end of it she throws the heart of the ocean back and that is when the two reunite in her passing sleep. They are together again for eternity. We can’t remake an already existing masterpiece lol.
Even if they make a movie, then the name should be something else and it basically covers how Kate is still struggling with her depression trying to forget Leonardo and her dealing with the phobia of waters and ships, but eventually she overcomes the fear where she maybe meets the ghost of Jack, a little intimacy in the story. It must be more of a journey aftermath the tragedy, a lost relationship. A sad but beautiful, maybe the movie wont attract everyone but it should bring back the times when we watched Titanic and how our lost ones are important to us.

Kate & Leonardo had amazing chemistry, and I also have watched the movie countless times and just two days ago when I watched it again I still noticed a few things in the background of some scenes that I had never noticed before. I absolutely love Titanic, even though the story is quite tragic with all the lives lost but still remembered more than a century later.

@@3DArtisanal don't be such a pessimist. One minor error doesn't take away from the fact that this is a good edit.
@@wealthwithwame My intention wasn't to criticize, just to point out the facts.the fact is that the actual editing work was only needed in 2 or 3 scenes where they showed characters against sea backgrounds, and that's where the background lighting and masking weren't done properly. The rest of the footage consists of cut scenes from movies, so there wasn't really any editing required there-just cut and paste work.

Jack and Rose meets in the ship and realizes their previous birth and loves each other. But the ship is hijacked by terrorists. Rest of the story: How the ship is rescued and did jack and rose united atleast in this birth.
When I first saw Titanic (first movie), when it ended, I couldn't stop crying for 15 minutes. I don't even know why, never done that before.
After watching titanic a few times and still love the movie and titanic 2 , it will also be a nice film
